Experienced pilots going through airline selection can book an assessment training or a thorough B-737 simulator preparation. From 2025 it is not mandatory anymore to be proficient in the Dutch language for new experienced cockpit crew.
Assessment training for experienced non Dutch airline pilots
A training in preparation of your upcoming airline assessment (KLM, Transavia, etc) for experienced airline pilots. This is your chance to get into a major airline and flag carrier so of coarse you want to be prepared as good as you can be! In 3 to 4 hours time we will discuss and train all the elements in the selection proces like interview questions, role play, the hiring committee and basic abilities tests. A suitable date will be planned in consultation with eachother. We strive to find a date where several candidates are able to attend together. Location, Leiden, the Netherlands.

Simulator grading preparation for experienced non Dutch pilots
Your simulator grading is coming up and of coarse you want to do well to get yourself a cockpit position in a major airline and flag carrier. Some basic skills can probably be sharpend up a little after lot’s of Autopilot & Autothrottle flying, or you don’t have (much) experience in flying the B-737.
After a briefing of one hour we’ll fly three hours (four hours when training with two candidates) in a static B-737 simulator. The focus is on your manual flying skills, steep turns, SID, (raw data) ILS, go arounds, holding entries, wind corrections, emergency & CRM exercises.
A suitable date will be planned in consultation with eachoter. We strive to combine two candidates together for this training. Location, the Netherlands.
